Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to all legal people who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and not a resident of one of the following countries: Canada, Mexico, Brazil, France, Sweden, Ireland, Ireland, Italy, Russia. Employees of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry: To enter, participants must tweet a URL of the store and use the hashtag #AffiliateWeapons in their tweet. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not increase the chances of winning.

3. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The winning entry will be chosen based on the creativity of the tweet. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. Prize: The prize is specified on the Sweepstake page. The total approximate retail value of the prize is between $20 and $200. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and must be accepted as awarded.

5. Notification: The winner will be notified by direct message on Twitter within 7 days of the random drawing. The winner must respond within7 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the sponsoring company to use the winner's name, likeness, and tweet for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions: The sponsoring company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the sweepstakes at any time without notice. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and regulations.

8. Release: Participants release and hold harmless the sponsoring company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or damages arising from the sweepstakes, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.

9. Governing Law: The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to the sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bangkok.

10. Winner List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Affiliate Weapons within one month of the end of the sweepstakes period.

11. Sponsor: The sweepstakes is sponsored by Affiliate Weapons.
