I use it to collect client feedback on my freelance work. Super simple to just create a form and share with them. I also really appreciate being able to gather feedback in different formats at the same time.

FeedSpace, Chirag & the Whole Team is Amazing!

I buy a way too much on AppSumo like all us Sumo's of course, so I am behind in testing & trying and recently I started playing with FeedSpace and at first i wasn't sure about it but I didn't get it at first. But Chirag spent a good amount of time walking me through it, showed me a ton of features that I didn't even know existed, helped troubleshoot my custom domain and even had his team do a quick modification for my account. Many people have probably seen me going hard at times on the AS Partners so I wanted to also make sure I leave positive ones lol and that is what I am doing. Great product, Great Team and so many freaking network integrations to gather feedback. If they come back buy it and not sure how true it is in the FB group it slipped that Version 3 is coming out. He wouldn't completely tell me but if its true and they come back, BUY! Read Less

Ever since I saw FeedSpace, it seemed very interesting to me, as one of the most important aspects for both digital and physical businesses is social proof. I acquired it, and although there were some limitations at the beginning, and the development team is making an effort to meet them, I must say that they address concerns. You always have the possibility to solve concerns via chat, support email, and this page. I really like how testimonials are collected quickly, and then can be downloaded and used in other marketing content like a podcast or an Instagram reel. As it is a new product, it has areas for improvement; however, the team helped me launch my Wall of Love without branding, which was very helpful for my website these days. Additionally, I have seen that they are developing new functionalities, which is important, as it allows for sustainability over time. I was searching for a program to replace testimonial.to, and I came across Feedspace. I purchased it with a long-term perspective. Finally Next Level Testimonials

Okay so I finally had a chance to take FeedSpace out for a spin. I must admit I had to get used to the navigation a bit because it was different then most tools I had used in the past. Why? Because it given me more ways to capture testimonials then I had previously been able to capture so I had to get used to it. To capture audio testimonials or text testimonials was new and different to me. This allows me to now add audio endorsements in my podcast with ease. I shared a quick walk through and even mixed it with a few other Appsumo favorites to extend the range even further. One of the things that I love about a new tool that comes is the responsiveness of the questions, techsupport, and updated features. Feedspace past my test with flying colors in all categories. +PROS +Tech Support is fast and responsive + Tool Updates are Super Fast and responsive + Can download the videos and use else where for marketing + Desktop Capture can add even more value to your business + Can capture Audio, Video, & Text - CONS - Need more flexibility with forms customization - Feedback landing page customization - Domain name - Should add some type of star system for text feed back (minor but could work well) - Redirect after submission would be nice to have. It's "Senja" for Corporate Professionals

I second the positive reviews about Ishan and the support team! I had a slight issue with redemption, and we figured it out during the chat. I did a trial run, and the UI/UX of FeedSpace was clear and worked well enough…like the video framing guide (simple but cool). I bought this as a Senja alternative. Think of FeedSpace as a “Senja for Corporate Professionals.” Perhaps the AppSumo should list “Senja” as a viable alternative for more search hits? I like Senja, but I really have no use for all the wacky high school, psychedelic Gen Z templates…and the hour I wasted trying to navigate the interface has sent me into the arms of another. I just need custom colors, my logo, some different layouts, and a confetti animation once a person submits a review, lol…kinda serious about that one though! I know FeedSpace has bigger dreams than Senja, but this feels like a solid replacement without all the bells and whistles you’ll never use. I would like to see FeedSpace duplicate some of Senja’s widgets like the scrolling feeds: https://senja.io/testimonial-widgets Also, the demo “Wall of Love” looks a bit lackluster. It needs the same exciting ENERGY as a Senja wall but without inducing ADHD…definitely have some way to add a custom background image or change background color (I’m not sure if it can yet based on the demo). I must say I'm pleasantly surprised... This is perhaps the second time I've left a review on appsumo. Without being asked, I left a 5 tacos review at Feedspace. I've been able to try out different solutions for collecting reviews and I have every confidence in Feedspace. The first thing that makes me want to leave a review is, like the previous review, the customer support. It's rare to have support that's immediately available and solves the bug immediately. The second thing is the user interface. Very good ui ux. I don't normally buy deals based on a roadmap, but Feedspace has reassured me. It's not perfected yet, it's missing several key features like cname, whitelabel, translation, smtp, facebook... but I'll give it a chance because they've reassured me. I hope I'm not wrong, but check it out for yourself and in the worst case, if it's not for you, you can get your money back. Read Less
